The board shall keep an accurate record of all of its proceedings and a record of all applicants for licensure and all individuals to whom it has issued a license.

Requires the Board of Behavioral Sciences to keep accurate records of all board proceedings, all applicants for licensure, and every individual to whom the board has issued a license. The duty covers both institutional proceedings and the board’s applicant and licensee records.
