The board shall have the power to carry out the provisions of this article by uniform rules and regulations.

Notes

Allows the Dental Board to carry out the provisions of the additional-office article through uniform rules and regulations. The authority gives the board rulemaking power for implementation of that article and permits it to use uniform rules and regulations as the mechanism for carrying out the article’s provisions.
