If any board in the department uses an official seal pursuant to any provision of this code, the seal shall contain the words “State of California” and “Department of Consumer Affairs” in addition to the title of the board, and shall be in a form approved by the director.
Notes
Requires any official seal used by a department board under the code to include “State of California,” “Department of Consumer Affairs,” and the board’s title. Also requires the seal’s form to be approved by the director, but does not require a board to use an official seal in the first place.
