The provisions of Section 114 of this code are also applicable to a licensee or registrant whose license or registration was obtained while in the armed services.
Notes
Extends the military-service license reinstatement provisions incorporated from the referenced section to a licensee or registrant whose license or registration was obtained while serving in the armed services. The provision applies those existing rules to this additional group without stating a separate deadline, fee, examination rule, or exception of its own.
