If a trading stamp company fails to redeem any of its trading stamps, any rightful holder of those stamps may bring a civil action for damages within three years of the failure to redeem.
Notes
Allows a rightful holder of trading stamps to bring a civil damages action when a trading-stamp company fails to redeem them. The lawsuit must be filed within three years after the failure to redeem, making that three-year period the express deadline for the holder’s civil claim arising from the company’s nonredemption.
