Every power granted to or duty imposed upon the director under this chapter may be exercised or performed in the name of the director by a deputy or assistant director or by the chief, subject to conditions and limitations that the director may prescribe.
Notes
Allows any power or duty assigned to the director under the chapter to be exercised or performed in the director's name by a deputy director, assistant director, or the bureau chief. Any exercise or performance of delegated authority remains subject to conditions and limitations prescribed by the director.
