This article does not apply to a subhauling agreement when the subhauler is not otherwise subject to this chapter for activity related to the subhauling agreement.

Notes

Exempts a subhauling agreement from the article when the subhauler is not otherwise subject to the chapter for activity connected with that agreement. The exemption is limited to subhaulers meeting that condition and states no monetary threshold, duration, filing requirement, deadline, or broader exclusion for a subhauler otherwise regulated by the chapter.
