California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 8 — Special Business Regulations, Chapter 5 — The Gambling Control Act, Article 7 — Restrictions on Certain Transactions, Section 19901
It is unlawful for any person to sell, purchase, lease, hypothecate, borrow or loan money, or create a voting trust agreement or any other agreement of any sort to, or with, any licensee in connection with any controlled gambling operation licensed under this chapter or with respect to any portion of the gambling operation, except in accordance with the regulations of the commission.
Notes
Prohibits any person from selling, purchasing, leasing, pledging, borrowing or loaning money, creating a voting trust, or making any other agreement with a licensee in connection with a licensed controlled-gambling operation or any part of that operation, except when the transaction or agreement complies with commission regulations.
