Any licensee who directly or indirectly holds, participates in, aids, or abets any sham or fake contest or match shall be subject to disciplinary action.

This section does not apply to any exhibition.

Exempts exhibitions from this disciplinary provision, so the stated prohibition and resulting license discipline do not apply when the event is an exhibition.
