Notwithstanding paragraph (4) of subdivision (a) of Section 19531 and Section 19549, the board may allocate up to 10 additional weeks of harness racing to the Los Angeles County Fair, or its lessee, to be raced at the fairgrounds in Pomona.

Notes

Allows the board to allocate up to 10 additional weeks of harness racing to the Los Angeles County Fair or its lessee, with the racing conducted at the Pomona fairgrounds. The authority applies notwithstanding the referenced limits on harness-racing weeks and fair racing allocations.
