Every person who, on his or her own account, sells either directly or indirectly to any person either at wholesale or retail any merchandise subject to this chapter by means of a car, catalog, office, or in any other manner, shall obtain the proper license for each method of sale or distribution.

Requires every person selling merchandise covered by the chapter on the person's own account, directly or indirectly and at wholesale or retail, to obtain the proper license for each method used to sell or distribute it. The rule applies whether sales occur by car, catalog, office, or another method.
