No mark, tag, sticker or any other device shall be placed upon labels by any dealer or any other person in such a way as to cover the required statements.

Prohibits a dealer or any other person from placing any mark, tag, sticker, or other device on a required label in a way that covers the statements the label must contain. The rule bars obstruction of required label information regardless of which listed type of added marking or device is used.
