“Brandy manufacturer” means any person engaged in the manufacture of brandy only and not in the manufacture of any other distilled spirits.

Defines “brandy manufacturer” as a person engaged in manufacturing brandy only and not in manufacturing any other distilled spirits. The term therefore covers a manufacturer whose stated distilled-spirit manufacturing activity is limited to brandy and excludes a person engaged in making brandy together with any other type of distilled spirit.
