“Industrial alcohol dealer” means a person who sells alcohol or distilled spirits in packages of more than one gallon for use in the trades, professions, or industries, but not for beverage use.

Defines “industrial alcohol dealer” as a person who sells alcohol or distilled spirits in packages larger than one gallon for use in trades, professions, or industries. The term does not cover sales for beverage use, so both the package-size threshold and the nonbeverage industrial, trade, or professional purpose are required by the definition.
