A distributor or a wholesaler that, at the time of application, holds a valid license issued by the board pursuant to Section 30140 or 30155 of the Revenue and Taxation Code may be issued a license without further investigation.
Notes
Allows a distributor or wholesaler that already holds a valid board-issued license under either of the two specified Revenue and Taxation Code provisions when applying to receive this license without further investigation. The provision states no additional deadline, fee, or exception beyond the requirement that the qualifying license be valid at the time of application.
