A wine blender’s license does not authorize winetasting activities or the conducting or sponsoring of wine tastings either on or off the wine blender’s licensed premises.

Limits a wine blender’s license by excluding all wine-tasting authority. The license does not permit the licensee to conduct or sponsor wine tastings either on the licensed premises or elsewhere, and the provision states no temporary-event exception, permit alternative, deadline, fee, or circumstance in which the blender’s license itself authorizes tasting activity.
