(a) A person shall not possess, purchase, sell, offer for sale, manufacture, distribute, or use powdered alcohol.

(b) Any person who purchases, possesses, or uses powdered alcohol is guilty of an infraction and subject to a fine of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125).

Notes

Prohibits a person from purchasing, possessing, or using powdered alcohol. A violation involving purchase, possession, or use is an infraction punishable by a fine of $125, applying separately from the penalties imposed elsewhere for selling, manufacturing, offering for sale, or distributing powdered alcohol.
