Any retail licensee, or agent or employee of such licensee, who permits any alcoholic beverage to be consumed by any person on the licensee’s licensed premises during any hours in which it is unlawful to sell, give, or deliver any alcoholic beverage for consumption on the premises is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Notes

Prohibits a retail alcohol licensee, or its agent or employee, from permitting alcoholic beverages to be consumed on licensed premises during hours when selling, giving, or delivering alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption is unlawful. A person who permits that prohibited consumption commits a misdemeanor under the provision.
