The department may make any examination of the books and records of any licensee or other person and may visit and inspect the premises of any licensee it may deem necessary to perform its duties under this division.
Notes
Allows the alcoholic-beverage department to examine the books and records of any licensee or other person and to visit and inspect any licensee’s premises whenever the department considers those actions necessary to perform its duties under the division. The authority applies to both records examinations and premises inspections undertaken for those duties.
