The director and the persons employed by the department for the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this division may administer and certify oaths in the administration and enforcement of this division.

Allows the department director and employees responsible for administering and enforcing the alcoholic-beverage division to administer and certify oaths in carrying out that administration and enforcement. The authority is limited by the text to those officials and employees acting in connection with administration or enforcement of the division.
