Every manufacturer or bottler of beer in this State or elsewhere whose beer is sold within the State shall file with the department the brand name or names under which he sells or labels his draught beer sold in the State.

Notes

Requires every manufacturer or bottler, wherever located, whose beer is sold in California to file with the department the brand name or names used to sell or label its draught beer sold in the state. The filing obligation attaches to the manufacturer or bottler based on California sales of that draught beer.
