Any person who possesses alcoholic beverages which are subject to seizure under Section 25350 is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Notes

Prohibits possessing alcoholic beverages that are subject to seizure under the referenced seizure provision. Any person who possesses those seizable alcoholic beverages commits a misdemeanor, making criminal liability depend on the beverages falling within the categories that the referenced provision authorizes the department to seize.
