An association may act as the agent or representative of any member or members in any of the activities specified in Section 26226.2 or 26226.3.

Notes

Allows a cannabis cooperative association to act as agent or representative for one or more members in the activities identified by the two referenced cooperative provisions. Extends representative authority to any member or members for those specified activities without adding a separate licensing deadline, monetary limit, ownership threshold, or additional exception in this provision.
