Each agency in the department shall notify every person licensed, certified or holding similar authority issued by it, and the department shall notify every insurance company doing business in this state and every institution mentioned in Section 805 of the provisions of this article.

Requires each agency in the department to notify every person it licenses, certifies, or otherwise authorizes about the provisions of the article. Requires the department to provide the same notice to every insurance company doing business in California and every institution identified in the referenced reporting provision.
