California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 2 — Healing Arts, Chapter 5 — Medicine, Article 8.5 — Special Permits, Section 2168.3
A special faculty permit may be denied, suspended, or revoked for any violation that would be grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of a physician and surgeon’s certificate, or for violation of any provision of this article. The holder of a special faculty permit shall be subject to all the provisions of this chapter applicable to the holder of a physician’s and surgeon’s certificate.
Notes
Allows denial, suspension, or revocation of a special faculty permit for conduct that would justify denial, suspension, or revocation of a physician-and-surgeon certificate or for violating the special-faculty article. A permit holder is subject to all chapter provisions that apply to holders of physician-and-surgeon certificates.
