A person who holds a special faculty permit shall meet the continuing medical education requirements set forth in Article 10 (commencing with Section 2190).

Notes

Requires every holder of a special faculty permit to satisfy the continuing medical education requirements set out in Article 10. The obligation applies by virtue of holding the permit and incorporates the continuing-medical-education requirements beginning with the referenced article provision.
