Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as authorizing a physical therapist to practice medicine, surgery, or any other form of healing except as authorized by Section 2620.

Notes

Prohibits the chapter from being construed to authorize a physical therapist to practice medicine, surgery, or any other form of healing beyond the authority expressly preserved by the referenced physical-therapy scope provision. Limits the chapter's authorization to that specified physical-therapy authority rather than extending it to medicine, surgery, or other healing practices.
