California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 2 — Healing Arts, Chapter 8.3 — Respiratory Therapy, Article 2 — Administration, Section 3722

The board shall adopt any regulations as may be necessary to effectuate this chapter. In adopting rules and regulations, the board shall comply with Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.

Notes

Requires the board to adopt regulations necessary to carry out the chapter and requires its rulemaking to comply with Chapter 3.5 beginning with Section 11340 of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. The board must use that specified rulemaking process when adopting those regulations.
