The board may deny an application for, or issue with terms and conditions, or suspend or revoke, or impose probationary conditions upon, a license in any decision made after a hearing, as provided in Section 3753.

Allows the board, in a decision made after the hearing provided by the chapter, to deny a license application, issue a license with terms and conditions, suspend or revoke a license, or impose probationary conditions. The provision makes each of those outcomes available to the board following the required hearing process.
