California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 2 — Healing Arts, Chapter 9 — Pharmacy, Article 11 — Wholesalers, Third-Party Logistics Providers, and Manufacturers, Section 4165
A wholesaler or third-party logistics provider licensed by the board who sells or transfers any dangerous drug or dangerous device into this state or who receives, by sale or otherwise, any dangerous drug or dangerous device from any person in this state shall, on request, furnish an authorized officer of the law with all records or other documentation of that sale or transfer.
Notes
Requires a board-licensed wholesaler or third-party logistics provider that sells or transfers dangerous drugs or dangerous devices into California, or receives them from a person in California, to provide an authorized law officer, upon request, all records or other documentation relating to that sale or transfer.
