California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 2 — Healing Arts, Chapter 9 — Pharmacy, Article 20 — Prohibitions and Offenses, Section 4341

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, prescription drugs or devices may be advertised if the advertisement conforms with the requirements of Section 651.

Notes

Allows prescription drugs or devices to be advertised notwithstanding any other law when the advertisement conforms to the requirements of the referenced advertising provision. The authorization applies to advertising of both prescription drugs and prescription devices when the advertisement satisfies those referenced requirements.
