California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 2 — Healing Arts, Chapter 10 — Psychiatric Technicians, Article 1 — Generally, Section 4501
(a) As used in this chapter, “board” means the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians of the State of California.
(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2029, and as of that date is repealed.
