The board may conduct research in, and make studies of problems involved in, the maintaining of professional standards among those engaged in the professions it licenses and may publish its recommendations thereon.

Allows the board to conduct research and studies concerning problems involved in maintaining professional standards among people engaged in the professions it licenses. Allows the board to publish its recommendations concerning those same professional-standards problems identified through research or study involving the professions licensed by the board.
