Notwithstanding any other law, the State Bar is expressly authorized to collect, in conjunction with the State Bar’s collection of its annual license fees, voluntary donations on behalf of and for the purpose of funding California ChangeLawyers, which promotes a better justice system for all Californians.

Allows the State Bar, notwithstanding other law, to collect voluntary donations for California ChangeLawyers at the same time it collects annual State Bar license fees. Limits the authorization to donations made on behalf of and for funding that organization, which the statute describes as promoting a better justice system for all Californians.
