All the members of each technical advisory committee shall serve without compensation but shall receive per diem and expenses as provided in Section 103.
Notes
Requires every member of a technical advisory committee to serve without compensation for that committee service. Allows those members, despite the bar on compensation, to receive the per diem and expenses provided by the referenced provision, preserving payment of those specified amounts while excluding other compensation.
