If a registered civil engineer provides construction management services pursuant to Section 6731.3, Section 6703.1 shall not limit the responsibility of the engineer for the services actually provided.
Notes
Establishes that when a registered civil engineer provides the statutorily referenced construction-management services, the separate provision limiting responsibility does not restrict the engineer’s responsibility for services the engineer actually provides. The rule preserves accountability for the engineer’s own performed services despite the otherwise applicable responsibility limitation.
