A duplicate certificate of registration to replace one lost, destroyed, or mutilated may be issued subject to the rules and regulations of the board. The duplicate certificate fee fixed by this chapter shall be charged.
Notes
Allows the board to issue a duplicate registration certificate when the original has been lost, destroyed, or mutilated, subject to board rules and regulations. Requires the person receiving the replacement certificate to pay the duplicate-certificate fee fixed by the chapter as a condition of obtaining the replacement.
