A licensee who maintains or proposes to maintain a branch office as defined in this article, shall apply and qualify for a branch office registration.

Requires a locksmith licensee who maintains or proposes to maintain a branch office, as defined by the article, to apply for and qualify for a branch-office registration. The registration requirement applies both to an existing branch and to a branch the licensee plans to establish or maintain.
