The board may appoint such committees and make such rules and regulations as are reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Such rules and regulations shall be adopted in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act.
Notes
Allows the Contractors State License Board to appoint committees and adopt rules and regulations that are reasonably necessary to carry out the chapter. Requires every rule and regulation adopted under that authority to follow the procedures of the Administrative Procedure Act rather than a separate board-created rulemaking process.
