Any person who obtains and provides for another the qualifying examination, or any part thereof, when not authorized to do so, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Notes

Establishes a misdemeanor when a person obtains and supplies to another person a contractor qualifying examination, or any portion of that examination, without authorization. The offense applies to unauthorized provision of either the entire qualifying examination or only part of it to another person.
