The director shall designate a sum not to exceed 10 percent of the total income of the Contractors State License Board for each fiscal year to be transferred to the Consumer Affairs Fund as the board’s share of the cost of administration of the department.
Notes
Limits the director’s annual designation for transfer from Contractors State License Board income to the Consumer Affairs Fund to no more than 10 percent of the board’s total income for that fiscal year. The transferred amount represents the board’s share of the department’s administrative costs.
