The Recorder of each county must keep a book, in which he must record the notices provided for in this Title.
Notes
Requires each county recorder to keep a book for recording the notices required under the applicable title. The duty applies to every county recorder and concerns the official preservation of those statutory notices in a dedicated record maintained by the recorder.
