The following definitions shall apply for purposes of this chapter:

(a) “Department” means the Department of Consumer Affairs.

(b) “Director” means the Director of Consumer Affairs.

(c) “Board” or “bureau” means the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.

(d) “Executive officer” means the executive officer of the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.

Defines “department” as the Department of Consumer Affairs, “director” as the Director of Consumer Affairs, and “board” or “bureau” as the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Also defines “executive officer” as that board’s executive officer, with all definitions applying for purposes of the chapter.
