A majority of the board may, in any meeting properly noticed in accordance with the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act, exercise all the duties and powers devolving upon the board.

Allows a majority of the board, during a meeting properly noticed under the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act, to exercise all duties and powers vested in the board. The authority depends on both majority participation and a meeting that has been properly noticed under that open-meeting law.
