All members of each technical advisory committee shall serve without compensation but shall receive per diem and expenses as provided in Section 103.
Notes
Requires every member of a technical advisory committee to serve without compensation for that committee service. Allows each member nevertheless to receive the daily payment and reimbursement of expenses provided in Section 103, so those statutory payments remain available despite the no-compensation rule.
