The board may adopt, amend, or repeal, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340), Part 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the Government Code, rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this article.

Allows the board to adopt, amend, or repeal rules and regulations that are necessary to implement the provisions of the article. Requires the board to exercise that authority in accordance with the specified provisions of Chapter 3.5 of the Government Code governing the referenced administrative rulemaking procedure.
