California Codes, Business and Professions Code - BPC, Division 3 — Professions and Vocations Generally, Chapter 14 — Structural Pest Control Operators, Article 7 — Disciplinary Proceedings, Section 8665

The fact that an applicator is licensed shall not affect any liability or responsibility for disciplinary action of any operator, field representative, or registered company that employs or supervises an applicator.

Notes

Establishes that an applicator’s licensure does not reduce or otherwise affect the liability or disciplinary responsibility of an operator, field representative, or registered company that employs or supervises the applicator. The provision preserves those supervising or employing parties’ responsibility despite the applicator holding an individual license under the chapter.
