The delinquent penalty for a renewal of any license issued under this chapter applied for after the expiration date of the license shall be 50 percent of the fee required for the renewal of the license applied for before the expiration date but not more than one hundred dollars ($100).

Sets the delinquent penalty for renewing any chapter license after its expiration date at 50 percent of the renewal fee that applied before expiration. Limits that delinquent renewal penalty to no more than $100, even when 50 percent of the ordinary renewal fee would be higher.
