The proceedings under this article shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 11370), Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 11400), and Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, and the board shall have all the powers granted therein.

Requires proceedings under the article to be conducted under the specified Government Code chapters governing administrative adjudication and hearings. Extends to the board all powers granted by those referenced provisions for conducting and resolving proceedings under the article in accordance with those procedures.
