The board may reissue a license to any person, whose license has been revoked, if a majority of the members of the board vote in favor of such reinstatement, for reasons the board may deem sufficient.

Notes

Allows the board to reissue a license to a person whose license was revoked when a majority of board members vote in favor of reinstatement. Reissuance is permitted for reasons the board considers sufficient, making both majority approval and sufficient reasons conditions stated for restoring the revoked license.
